These traditional floors, historically may have been oiled, varnished, covered with carpet & vinyl, or even painted and all these seals & coatings need to be removed to make the tiles presentable in our modern lives. You can choose how we reseal the floor.
POLISHED CONCRETE
POLISHED CONCRETE can offer a creative finish for any premises. Careful design of the concrete can produce a variety of surfaces.
Choose the one that appeals to you. Mimic natural stone such as sandstone. Larger Stones can be incorporated and the surface ground to expose the aggregate to resemble a stony beach.
It is essential that all trades involved in the process work closely to the design and produce the concrete to a high standard. It is not possible to achieve a high quality polished finish to an air filled, open textured, rough uneven slab.
WOODEN FLOORS
WOODEN FLOORS can be restored to their natural beauty without the problems with quantities of dust that you might expect from the process. Our Restoration Service offers the traditional sanding methods, to remove rough / worn surface from the floors. We also use modern diamond finishing techniques, repairs and infilling. Seals can be designed to meet your needs, and if a full sand is not necessary we can also complete restorative cleaning and waxing.
